PINEAPPLE GINGER MOJITO

  • 50 ml Rockland White Rum
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 wedges of lime
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • 10 no’s mint leaves
    How to make it: 1. Muddle ginger, lime, pineapple in the rock glass 2. Add mint levels, rum ice and soda 3. Stir to combine 4. Garnish with pineapple wedge & mint spring
